RoutePlanner — Distributor (WD) onboarding checklist

Fill this in and send it back with the two CSV templates.
Nothing here is technical; your operator will know all of it.


1. WAREHOUSE

Distributor code (if you have one) .....

Warehouse location ..... (a Google Maps share link is easiest —
                          open Maps, find the warehouse, tap Share, copy link)

Why we need it: the warehouse is the origin point for every route
and every distance the system calculates. If it is wrong by a
kilometre, every ETA is wrong by a kilometre.


2. OPERATOR (the person who will plan the day)

Max weight matters most. The planner fills each vehicle to a
percentage of this figure and will not exceed it — so if it is blank
or wrong, that vehicle either sits out of planning or gets overloaded.

[ ] One day of orders   — use RoutePlanner_Sales_Register_Template.csv
                          (any recent normal day; we only need one)

Missing shop locations are not a blocker. We can start without them
and your drivers can capture the correct pin from the doorstep as
deliveries run.
